That is why I make every effort to guarantee your privacy as well as possible when using the website and/or services. Personal data that is processed

Mind@Ease wants to improve the effectiveness of the website and services by registering the data you provide. No 'cookies' are registered when you visit the website. Your personal data, as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/AVR), will be stored properly, confidentially, and carefully and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The personal information you provide will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties. I will only use your personal data for the purpose for which you have provided it. Your data can be recorded in several ways, via the website or by means of contact forms. Mind@Ease processes your personal data because you use the services and/or because you provide this data yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

– First and last name – Phone number – Email address

The file does not contain more information than is relevant to the professional relationship. The file can always be viewed by the person concerned by appointment. I keep completed questionnaires, treatment schedules and results until -the legally required- 18 months after our last contact. Then I remove/destroy them. Unless you want otherwise.

How long is personal data kept

Mind@Ease does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. After each new interaction, personal data will be stored for a maximum of 18 months. After completing a contact form, your contact request will be stored for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Mind@Ease fully cooperates with clients or data subjects within the meaning of Article 1 under f of the Dutch law (Wbp)

- have access to their personal data,

- have personal data removed or corrected, and/or

- to demonstrate that personal data has been removed or corrected if it is incorrect or,

- if Mind@Ease disputes the position of the data subject, to record that the data subject considers his personal data to be incorrect.
