Personal data that are processed

By collecting the information you provide, Mind@Ease aims to improve the effectiveness of the website and its services. No cookies are recorded when you visit the website. Your personal data, as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is stored properly, confidentially, and with due care, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The personal information you provide will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties. I use your personal data solely for the purpose for which you provided it. Your data can be collected in various ways, via the website or through contact forms. Mind@Ease processes your personal data because you use the services and/or because you provide this data yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

– First and last name – Phone number – Email address

The file contains no more data than is relevant to the professional relationship. The file is always available for the person involved to view, by appointment. I retain completed questionnaires, treatment schedules, and results for the legally required period of 18 months after our last contact. Then I delete/destroy them, unless you request otherwise.

How long is personal data kept?

Mind@Ease will not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected. After each renewed interaction, personal data will be retained for a maximum of 18 months. After completing a contact form, your contact request will be retained for a maximum of two weeks.
